OVERVIEW

As in line with the return and refund policy Rebirth Graphics does not cover any shipping as we do not take returns due to the nature of the process of the production of the items.  

But there is one exception to this policy. When an item is approved to be found faulty or damaged in anyway, all payments concerning the process of a replacement will be covered by Rebirth Graphics and dealt with as soon as possible when the claim is submitted.
